The hand wound pickups are selected for clarity, dynamic response and authentic vintage Fender tone. The “Original Blackguard” bridge pickup’s tone features focused articulation and crisp clarity. The overwound Twisted Tele neck pickup delivers high-output Telecaster guitar tone with a hint of glassiness, while the Greasebucket™ tone control circuit retains full gain at any setting. The rosewood neck adds a delectably dark note to the guitar’s character, while the “Soft V”-shaped profile is ideal for thumb-over playing. The round-lam AAA rosewood fingerboard bears 21 6105 narrow jumbo frets and its modern 9.5” radius is ideal for all playing styles.

The two-piece select ash body is easy to wield all night long, while the rosewood is hand-selected for its dark, rich color. The Relic treatment on the body, neck and hardware grants the worn-in appearance of a guitar that’s been used on many stages.
